That all sounds pretty damn good, but you should check out some other options before you go spend your money.
Ibanez makes good guitars, but i tend to like ESP better. They're pretty similar in terms of tone but i think ESP just sounds better.
Before you go and get the Marshall amp, which is an incredible amplifier you should check out some of the new Line 6 amps. They are generally cheaper, and some of the newer ones have a digital effect box built in, so you won't have to drop the extra money on an effect pod
